FreshBooks Certified Accountant
The only FreshBooks Certified Collaborative Accountant in New Jersey. Setup, training, ongoing support, and tax preparation from a CPA who knows the platform inside and out.
The Only FreshBooks Certified CPA in New Jersey
FreshBooks' Certified Collaborative Accountant (CCA) program is their official accountant certification. It covers FreshBooks' accounting features, double-entry reporting, client collaboration tools, and the accountant portal that lets me access your books directly.
As of 2025, I'm the only CPA in New Jersey who holds this certification. That matters because when you call FreshBooks support with an accounting question, they can't help you. They know the software, not the accounting. I know both.
And because I'm a licensed CPA (NJ #20CC04711400), not just a bookkeeper, your FreshBooks file is always set up with your tax return in mind. Every expense category, every invoice setting, every report ties back to what the IRS and NJ Division of Taxation expect to see.
Why FreshBooks?
FreshBooks isn't trying to be everything. It does a few things really well: invoicing, time tracking, and expense management for service-based businesses. If you bill clients by the hour, by the project, or on retainer, FreshBooks is built for you.
The interface is simpler than QuickBooks. You don't need accounting knowledge to use it. You send invoices, track expenses, and I handle the rest. That's the whole point of having a certified FreshBooks accountant.
