Tell Me What You Need

A brief description is enough to start. I read each inquiry myself and do my best to reply within a week.

If the form is unavailable, email taxhelp@monacocpa.cpa. Do not send Social Security numbers or other sensitive records by email. You can also call (862) 320-9554: an AI receptionist takes your message, so leave your email address and I will reply by email.

Is this for my situation?

Use the form if you need help with bookkeeping, a cleanup, a business or personal return, or a tax issue. If you are not sure which service you need, choose "Not sure? I need guidance" and describe what you are trying to get done and the records you have now.

If your business has several problems at once (books behind, missing returns, an open IRS or New Jersey letter, an ownership change or a sale), choose "Several business problems at once (diagnostic)", or read about the Business Diagnostic first.

What work can you do?

The form lists the services I consider: bookkeeping and cleanup, a business diagnostic, business and personal returns, tax planning, payroll compliance support, NJ sales tax, ordinary IRS or state correspondence-notice support, and crypto and gambling income. Your choice helps me understand the request; it does not decide the engagement. Each service page describes what that service covers.

What will I receive?

If I can take on the work, the offer comes in writing: the proposed scope, the proposed fee and payment terms, an estimated completion timeline, availability and next steps. There is no engagement until written terms are accepted.

What affects the price?

The condition of your records, the number of accounts and entities involved, the tax years or periods covered, and the states involved. See the pricing page.

How do I start?

Fill in your name, email, the service, your state and a description of at least 30 characters, and check the consent box. Everything else is optional. Helpful to include:

  • The service you need
  • Your business or entity type, if any, and how many businesses are involved
  • The tax years involved
  • Your timing

Scope and limits

Sending this form does not make me your CPA. That starts only when we both sign an engagement letter.

Payroll setup and operation, fractional controller work, examination and collection representation, and sales-tax examination are considered case by case under a separate written engagement and may be referred to an independent specialist.

Monaco CPA does not provide financial-statement audit, review, compilation, or other attest services.

Monaco CPA is a virtual practice based in New Jersey and does not hold CPA firm permits in other states; engagement suitability is confirmed in writing before acceptance.
